We used to have VIC, Venture Instructor Camp (Held on Ubin, 3D2N) which was used to train Venture Instructors who are suppose to be 1 step away from AL.
But later we decided to re-develop it as the VTC, Venture Training Camp to help prepare and speed up the progress of the Ventures in survival skills.
The question is this... This VTC still a valid training tool/method or just a good adventure waiting to happen?
