This month's special is Alaskan King Crab (Leg), if u've heard the radio commercal... Don't Believe It!
Now Alaskan King King is nice but at $18 for 1/2 a leg even if u'r lucky enough to get the additional claw, it's really not worth it.
The meat is tender and alittle saltier than the mud-crab most have tried. It goes well with the melted butter and cocktail sauce.
So don't try it unless u have $18 to spare or some1 2 pay for u.
Cheers! ;D
P.S. There is now a meal, 2 crab legs and 2 sides (standard is coleslaw & fries) all for just $38. (Being sarcastic here).

I work at the Ang Mo Kio Botak Jones, Blk 529 St.52 so I get to eat there on a regular basis.
Another 2 popular dishes which u can try though personally I don't really like them.
They are the Cajun Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken, now first the reason why I don't like them, they both use breast meat, no thigh/drumstick. I don't like the texture
The Cajun Chicken is nice and mildly spicy, b'cos of the Cajun sauce and the mozzarella cheese on the chicken blends well with it.
The Black Pepper Chicken is very spicy (at least for me), there is no black pepper sauce, the chicken itself is coated with (supposedly) 2 kinds of peppers and grilled. The finishing touch is a tablespoon of mushroom sauce, the same kind they use for the Lamb chop and the Prime Rid-eye.
All in all, they are worth a try but if u're not sure, share.

Now on to another popular dish, their Fish & Chips. (I named a pair of Goldfish that before) This is probably the cheapest MEAL you can have at BJ, at $6.50 for a regular and $10.50 for a large. Now personally I prefer the battered (English/Australian style) Fish & Chips, BJ's is breaded and uses Pacific Dory which some people seem to think tastes funny but really it's pretty damn good. They use the same fish for their 'The' Fish Burger it is large abt 2-3 times bigger than Mac's Fillet O'fish and is very good w/ cheese. The tartar sauce they use with this is 'homemade' and definitely goes well w/ the fish. Definitely worth a try. Just ask the guys who went to the Serangoon bunch today. ;D

Botak Jones is way better than Mac's/KFC! First time I tried the Botak Buger, I was bouncing with joy as I savoured the delicious beef patty. Ah, good times ^^ . Though some of the meals are expensive, they are worth it.

Now onto Ryan's favorite, The Botak Burger (Beef).
This comes in 3 forms: 1. Botak Burger, $6 (Burger Only), $7.50 (Set) 2. Double Botak Burger, $10 (Burger Only), $11.50 (Set) 3. U-Crazy-What?, $13 (Burger Only), $14.50 (Set)
The burgers don't come w/ cheese so it's an additional $1 per patty for 2 pieces of cheddar cheese.
Each patty is 150g of ground beef which is about 3 times what McDonald uses per patty. So imagine the U-C-W is 450g almost 1/2kg of beef.
To make the burger more outstanding you can add: 1. Bacon (2pieces), $2 2. Fried egg, $1 3. Sauteed Onions, $1 4. Sauteed Garlic sh*take Mushrooms, $2 5. Whoopass Chilli Con Carine, $4 6. Sliced Jalapeno (HOT!), $1.50
These burgers if done right (standard is medium-well and above) are moist and juicy definitely worth a try.
Had a Botak Chez Burger the other day added, mushroom, onion, bacon and egg. U do the math. It was the ultimate burger, damn filling, lucky it was free. ;D
